A training centre, not a lecture hall
Allied Aeronautics trains school leavers to maintain aircraft. Seven hours in ten are practical, and the whole programme is built around what the maintenance industry actually hires for.
What we are approved to do
Allied is a pusat bertauliah approved by Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran, the Department of Skills Development under the Ministry of Human Resources. Under that accreditation we run the Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance, code L02642.
We are also an approved maintenance training organisation and examination centre under the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia, reference ATO/2016/01. CAAM audits our modules, our trainers and our facilities on a continuing basis.
Both programmes are aimed at fresh SPM leavers, and both are weighted heavily towards practical work, because that is what makes someone useful on a maintenance, repair and overhaul floor.
