All course registrations are subject to availability and acceptance by Allied Aeronautics Training Centre Sdn. Bhd. Course fees must be paid in full before course commencement unless otherwise agreed. Course schedules, trainers, and content may be changed when necessary without prior notice. Students are required to comply with all rules, safety guidelines, and instructions during training. Misconduct, non-compliance, or breach of rules may result in suspension or termination without refund. Allied Aeronautics Training Centre Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

Return and Refund Policy

The course is cancelled by Allied Aeronautics Training Centre Sdn. Bhd., or

Refund requests must be submitted in writing with valid supporting documents.

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame using the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Students who wish to cancel their enrollment must notify us in writing.

Cancellation after course confirmation or commencement is not eligible for refund.

Allied Aeronautics Training Centre Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be informed accordingly.

SHIPPING POLICY (IF APPLICABLE)

Physical materials (certificates, documents, or training materials) will be delivered to the address provided by the student.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service.

Allied Aeronautics Training Centre Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for delays caused by courier providers or incorrect address details.
